Originally working in the Conveyancing department for a prominent and acclaimed local firm of Solicitors, Paul then went onto employment with a National Estate Agency (including some time as a Manager). After this Paul then spent 12 years as a key team member of a Top 3 Rugby Estate Agency, before establishing Ellis Brooke with his long time colleague Jemil Antoni in 2023.
